Lundi is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. This policy outlines our standards and procedures for protecting children and preventing abuse.
1. Age Requirements
Lundi is designed for adults only:
- Users must be 18 years or older to create an account
- Age verification is required during account registration
- Users who misrepresent their age will have their accounts permanently suspended
- The app is not marketed to or designed for minors
2. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on Lundi:
- Any content depicting, promoting, or soliciting child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sexually explicit imagery involving minors
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate contact with minors
- Trading, selling, or distributing CSAE material
- Links or references to CSAE content hosted elsewhere
Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
3. Detection and Prevention
We employ multiple measures to prevent CSAE content:
- Automated Detection: Content scanning systems identify potential violations
- Location Verification: Check-in system requires physical presence, reducing anonymity
- User Verification: Account registration requires verified email and phone number
- Content Moderation: Human review team monitors flagged content
- Community Reporting: Easy-to-access reporting tools on all content
4. Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report violations through multiple channels:
In-App Reporting
Report button available on all posts, comments, and user profiles
Anonymous Reporting
Reports can be submitted anonymously without fear of retaliation
When reporting, please include:
- Username or profile link of the violator
- Description of the violation
- Screenshots or evidence (if safe to collect)
- Date and time of the incident
5. Response Procedures
When CSAE content is reported or detected:
- Immediate Action: Content is removed and account is suspended within minutes
- Investigation: Our safety team reviews all evidence
- Law Enforcement: Verified violations are reported to:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Local law enforcement agencies
- FBI Cyber Crime Division when applicable
- Permanent Ban: Violators are permanently banned from the platform
- Data Preservation: Evidence is preserved for law enforcement investigations
