By accessing or using Lundi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lundi. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account without permission
• You may not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Community Guidelines & Content Policy

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant us a license to display and distribute your content
• You are responsible for your content
• We may remove content that violates these terms

Prohibited Content:

• Illegal content or activity
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or abusive behavior
• Spam, scams, misleading information, or fraudulent activity
• Impersonation of others
• Content that infringes others' intellectual property rights
• Objectionable, offensive, or harmful content of any kind

User Expectations:

All users are expected to:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy
• Post authentic, honest, and genuine content
• Follow these community guidelines at all times
• Report violations when encountered through our reporting system

Enforcement & Consequences:

Violations of these community guidelines will result in:

• Immediate removal of violating content
• Official account warnings
• Temporary or permanent account suspension depending on severity
• Referral to law enforcement authorities if applicable

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

5. Check-ins

• Check-ins must be genuine and at the actual location
• Fake or fraudulent check-ins are prohibited
• Establishments may verify check-ins

6. Establishments

For establishment accounts:

• You must be authorized to represent the establishment
• Information must be accurate and current
• You must comply with applicable laws

7. Merch Store & Purchases

• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change
• We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Lundi app, logo, and original content are owned by Lundi and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Security of data transmission

11. Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, including but not limited to violations of our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Maryland law.
